Yea you heard it here boys. I’m being sued for recording a Sombra gameplay of mine where this guy in my game wouldn’t stop being an arrogant donkey. One of my dummy friends sent him a message through PlayStation messages and he started saying how I was illegally recording him. YUP this guy seriously thinks he can sue me for this?

pretty sure you cant be sued for that in the slightest unless you’re berading him and/or slandering their personal character in added commentary.
if its just a general recording with yourself in there, yeah no. by that logic, you can sue every youtuber and streamer simply because someone doesnt like being in that video

Any court and/or lawyer will obviously laugh him out of the room. Tell him that you’ll be waiting for an official message from their lawyer and see if he tries to push it further.
