The problem is that they do not need an extra slot in the arcade. I think they have pointed out that they could easily have more arcade slots available but they intentionally do not because they want to keep queue times manageable.

They could drop QPC and one more card. I think that would be fine, still 5 game modes.

That’s true. Last I heard, Blizzard was not based out of Westeros, so I doubt that there’s a higher power compelling them to have at most seven cards in the Arcade. They could still do most of us a solid and move QPC side by side with “regular” QP.
