Her movement is so fun. She can be real slippery but she’s better at lower ranks where people can’t land their shots, which means she’s worse at lower levels where her boosted targets can’t land their shots.
I love Mercy and I appreciate all support mains.
But Mercy could maybe use a little love.

I love Mercy at the moment. Bit worried about the latest dev thing where they said they’re gonna buff supports, hope they don’t change her too much I like her as it is.

Put her res back as an ult and I would be ok with her getting a buff. Til then her res holds too much strength and is holding her back.

What if i pick mercy in ffa and place around 6 in the match tho.
Or just remove it entirely, then buff valk. Give her an alt fire and new E ability.

No. then mercy loses her one ability that makes her strong? Maybe buff her in general since she doesn’t provide damage for the team directly after all she is the ultimate heal bot

Imo she needs rez back on Q with los checks and either aoe effect with penalties (partial health rez or health cost to mercy or movement effect/long cast time etc) OR single man “pulse-style” aimed projectile insta 1-man rez. And then some buffs
I’m still protesting her GA changes that I find to feel bad, but all the power to those who wanna play her. She’s still plenty useful. Maybe she’s not meta or anything, but with exception of heroes being way too dominant, most people don’t play around meta anyway so it’s fine. If anything it’s just assurance that I will most definitely be healed this match.
Id love to test all sorts of variations of mass rez . Like 10m radius(20m diameter, covers hanamura B), 0.5 sec cast time, costs mercy 25 health per target, rezzed targets have refreshed cooldowns but revive on 50% health OR dont have refreshed cooldowns but are full health etc.
Or 7.5m radius with 75% health ressurected etc
having a pocket mercy as a sym always get me like Galadriel fiending over the ring

I dont enjoy losing because of Mercys outdated flying TF2 dispenser kit, doesnt fit in with Overwatch 2, the right click + shift meta aside, what else does Mercy provide to the team that the other supports dont? Rez is borderline useless the higher in the ranks you go. Pick her for fun, yes, but when we are losing because shes UP in comp, pls switch

Mercy offers things other supports don’t, but nothing you deem of value that others find of value in the moment.
I would completely fine with that. Res rewards bad play. You shouldn’t get a do over if you get outplayed. Walk back from spawn and think about what you did wrong.
Giving her more utility in the form of boosting dps or having the possibility to have a charged boost ability for burst healing would be a cool alternative to res.
