Honestly OW and Valorant have very little in common. Valorant is more Rainbow Six and CSGO than OW.
So if you were looking for a boring tactical shooter like Valorant why not just play those games instead? Or even Insurgency Sandstorm, which actually looks way better than Valorant anyway.
You want individual skill, here you go. You have a gun and you can die very easily.

if you aren’t smart enough to understand people are allured to valorant from overwatch because they both have “heros” and allow for uniqe kits, should you really be allowed to post on the forums?

The “heroes” in Valorant are a joke. Your only ability in that game is your gun.

Valorant is probably exactly what the overinflated dps roster wants. It’s made for players like that.
The fast pace makes it more of an apex competitor than overwatch competitor. The art style is really the only similar thing

literally every hero has unique abilities that they get every round called “signature abilities” on top of 3 other abilities. the only overlapping abilities they have are walls and smokes
i’m just gonna say this, i can’t wait to crush some OW players with the Operator.
They do, Sage and whoever uses five knives. Kind of bland though. At least I think those two are it.

Apex Legends is very similar and in that game you use a gun 90% of the time.
Same thing in Black Ops and Rainbow Six.
