If You Dont Like Juno, Dont Play Her

most people have a problem with her entire kit and seem to think shes just a bad lucio which makes no sense.

just because she has a speed boost doesnt mean shes a lucio clone.

but people cant think for themselves so dont imagine how her kit works together and are waiting for someone to tell them.

I think Juno is super fun. But fun and power are two very different things.

I think she needs some further tweaks, which is fine, she just came out.

The main issue is they nerfed her when she was already not really powerful. The fact she was made more vulnerable to dive in a meta that is all about dive didn’t help.

The hp nerf combined with the Sombra buff didn’t help. Dive tanks doing crazy things also didn’t help.

This. I love Juno too but she sucks in Competitive. Not only because of the things you mentioned, but also because other supports have better kits for team* survivability.

I think they will, she is too much fun to leave without tweaks to make her more playable in comp.

I think this is ultimately the issue here. Juno, like Illari, doesn’t really have much in the way of defensive power. Orbital Ray doesn’t heal for that much (maybe the healing should be boosted?), and outside of that, all you have is mobility which isn’t going to do much against really strong players who know how to track well.

i like her but im trash as her i already given up tryign her when i have to play support for some dailies though qp in general is goign down the crapper

Silly robotwizard, supports are not meant to be strong enough to oppose Dive!

I don’t even really play Support now, and that still makes me cry.

I really enjoy Juno. I think that she’s a little bit on the easy to kill side of things these days, but she’s really fun. Kill joys will complain about anything.

Juno dies too often.

personally i see junos ult as similar to moiras ult, fast to get and can work as a offensive or defensive or even as a tempo ult just to keep the momentum going.

are you positioning like ana or zen?

Yeah, that’s how I would see it as well.

Little easier to counterplay than Coalescence as well.

Juno dies too often because she is swarmed by rando hitscans who charges in suicidal left click spam marches.

Who then laugh at their freshest kill while dying themselves. Even if they are 1 for 1 on deaths and elimns the mindless dps is having fun.

But the Juno player isn’t.

No it’s because dive tanks are unbelievably overpowered

Yeah its not the tanks that are one shotting Juno.

I have the same win rate on her as my main, Kiriko, which I have almost 600 hours on! People just think she’s bad. I played both Kiri and Juno in comp and did well. I don’t die on her much, since I know how to use her mobility. I have played her a lot in the trial and release.

The problem is that if you like Juno and are on my team, you are ruining my Overwatch experience.

Not at all. I’m giving you the opportunity to blame a teammate for the loss. That is the Overwatch experience.

She literally is worse lucio though? If you want speed you’re not picking juno over lucio unless your selfish teammate forces mercy/zen/any low sustain support. There is nothing she does that other supports don’t provide in a superior form.

I agree, but I struggle to see what they could do to buff her that wouldn’t be bonkers. The amount of harassment she can put out (through either throwing out damage or heals+ speed for strafing/escaping allies) with the kinds of angles she has access to on some maps is scary.

Definitely, I don’t think enough people are cognisant that the current patch she launched with is pretty against her and thus skewing what her true power level is like at base.
