then shouldn’t she have no exertion voicelines? No sound made when she takes damage or lands from a huge height?
In the same vein: she shouldn’t feel damage until she dies and its like “wait, what?” which would mean no red stuff on the HUD or indicators?
She doesn’t feel (much) emotions, which is different from feeling other stuff.
You can’t “exactly” turn her full Baldur now, can you?
Now, Baldur is the truest example of “you legit can’t feel a thing” and it is maddening. Widow probably has her senses reduced to “barely feeling anything”. Like, the sensation is there, it is just not as sharp as … we are.
And it is ALSO maddening.
but moira and widow’s interactions have established she can’t feel anything. Doesn’t moira ask widow if she feels the cold but widow just says no and says that’s the point?

But I’m going to go with her feeling less emotions. Otherwise why would be go to Gerald’s grave in the Reflections comic, or say “Ahh, Gérard” at startup or feels “alive” after doing her “finest kills”?
…plus she feels happy when she has a baguette.
I noticed in Volskaya Industries and Nepal Widomaker says
“I don’t even feel the cold.”
Moira asks “how do you feel?”, and widow says “I don’t feel anything, isn’t that the point?”… it isn’t about temperature, it’s about emotions.
Widow still feels pain and fatigue, but her emotions have been severely reduced by whatever Talon did. I say reduced because she still seems to express several emotions in her lore expansion: Laughing, sadness, anger. Just apparently not to the extent others do.
And even then people theorize this is wearing off based on certain things we’ve seen

Being an emotional person, this doesn’t really work all that often.
That being said, I would love to learn how because emotions make me cause mistakes.
she’s just being an edgelord, Widowmaker is actually very sensitive, physically and emotionally. she secretly religiously watches K-dramas (one is starring D.va, and Widowmaker is actually her biggest fan) and cries alone eating ice cream she pretends to not have a taste for.

I feel like Talon has way too many weak holes. Widowmaker’s potential emotions returing, Sombra being neutral and even willing to work with OW agents, Sym’s recent comic showing how she wants to help people and seemingly convinces Sanjay (Viskhar leader) of her viewpoint, which is another link to Talon being weakened.
She doesn’t feel it’s just she is disgusted that someone has the nerve to shoot at her.

Widow gets angry at her and says “You don’t know anything about him.” with a frustrated, rude tone because Ana brung up Lacroix’s husband. Fyi Lacroix killed Gerard. And Lacroix is widowmaker.
Like I said, she feels on her body, but doesn’t feel emotions. And if she cant feel the cold, then its possibly because her skin is blue. Since her heart rate is decreased, it cant pump as many bloodcells through her body causing coldness expressing from her body like a vampire so shes used to feeling coldness.
No widow is just a drama queen. Yah I said it. She wants to look cool with feeling no emotion, but here she is showing emotion. Upset in baguettes.
I wouldn’t say she wants to “look cool”. But she hates emotions. She only shows emotions on accident. Like when I said, when ana tells her gerard was a fool to love her, widow got angry at ana for bringing up her husband who she killed but still loved. And gets amused whenever she kills tracer. Its impossible to stop all emotions, but sometimes it leaks out and you gotta clean it up.
Ah well i made a joke. But yah it does make sense realistically speaking.
