Sigma is definitely M. Bison no doubt about that.

It’d be pretty weird if it went to anyone but Mei though. Same nationality (which for most media is not important, but both Street Fighter and Overwatch use it a lot), both use a lot of blue in their main color scheme, and Mei is pretty much the only character who can do the thighs justice other than Sojourn.

Obviously, even devs allow for Juno replace many supports: Illari, Lucio, Baptiste. Street fighter theme even does not fits her character
