The whole community is sick of Orisa being shafted and Reinhardt not being touched . If you are going to basically kill orisa with all these ridiculous nerfs its time to nerf Rein .Because the whole community is sick of rein being so strong.

yeh, shield break heroes are supposed to break shields but if you’re going to give orisa a pathetic 900hp shield then the shield break heroes need to be nerfed or buff her shield that’s all there is to it.
The only time orisa has ever been good is if she had heroes that could carry her .orisa was never meta not ever. Not even in pro league. She was always carried by other heroes like rein, hog , symmetry,bastion.If a hero needs to be supported to survive then the hero is considered underpowered and that’s all there is too it.She should never have had a 900hp shield or 400 health and her gun should never have been 11 damage it should of been at least 12-13 at the very least.
A lot of people will argue this but play orisa for 3 years and shoot a million shells at reins shield only for him to walk straight through everything and his shield still be up and he just swings away. Rein and Zarya have always been overpowered and blizzard has done nothing about them for yrs and its @##@ crap. Every game rein Zarya rein zarya.One guy on the forum just then said if rein isnt nerfed hes quitting .because the whole playerbase is sick to death of rein being the only tank that can be played if you wanna win .Even my friend who is a support main picked up rein 2 days ago and hes stomping people in diamond and hes not even a rein player .
Rein doesn’t need nerfs. Orisa could use a few buffs that actually make sense like reducing the cooldown of fortify to 7-8 seconds but making it 30% damage reduction, decreasing her shield cooldown to 8 seconds but leaving the same amount as it currently is. As for Sigma no buffs are necessary. Sigma’s issue is that he got a synergy too strong with Orisa but with no one else in the tank role.
Fortify ? .30% damage reduction are you kidding me .She dies to everything now witjh 40% Do you actually play orisa ?.Yes i agree with shield cooldown to 8 seconds .She also needs her damage reverted or even buffs she has a hard time killing anything now its pathetic and rein has needed nerfs forever he has been meta for 3 yrs and people are sick of it .
40% is plenty. She still is almost impossible to kill with Fortify active. Shield Cooldown should not be reduced. Double barrier was absolutely ruinous for the game experience, and barriers are in a good spot where they negate a lot of damage but are not insurmountable obstacles.
Orisa shouldn’t change right now. She provides a barrier, ranged damage, has Halt, and has an invincibility cooldown. That’s plenty. It’s fine for her to not be meta because she offers basically everything you want from a tank. Her lack of mobility is heavily mitigated by her ability to just auto-kill any squishy sitting on high ground (part of why her being out of meta is so nice is that high ground is usable now) and by her ability to ignore CC or relocate while being unkillable.
I would actually like this, but he would just become a beefy dps at that point. Why shield when you can swing into the enemy team and stack self healing with team healing on you along with aoe damage on primary and an ability? I could also flash shield to regen HP quick, then go back in easier.
I wouldn’t be mad if his barrier got a bit weaker, but I think he’s in a pretty good spot right now. There has to be a reward for having no ability to fight while shielding, and for not having basically every good ability at once like Sigma/Orisa.

you are asking to make reinhardt who is arguably balanced rn to be launch brig levels of op.
The point of Rein is his team dependence, any buff to his self sustain makes any team supporting him also much stronger. None of the supports have infinite or high healing, so rein having inspire means he can heal while they are inactive by himself, making up for his weakness on his own. It would make him much stronger
Only forums nerds dislike rein, regular forum users and everyone else like the meta cause rein enables more hero’s to be played.
And if you want to play the blame game, try searching for a certain Ice Queen that bullies every tank into being a feed machine and simply makes rein mandatory cause he has the chance to feed slightly less.
moira never healed for 95hps she only healed for 80hps
you are asking to basically heal him for 95hps per second with a speed boost
Yeah idk how you cant see how overpowered that was.
Also old moira heals could keep rein through quite literally alot.
I have survived being shot at by two dps with no shield before thanks to moira 80hps. 95hps is not a joke especially when he has a shield.
the nerf I would suggest is his shield speed to be increased to 40% it was 35% and the reason for that is he is so fast. it kinda removes the purpose of shield hoping.
