If junkrat gets self damage back

then give him 400 hp or some kind of self heal like reaper has because that is a fair trade off, i dont want either thing to happen tbh but giving him self damage pretty much renders him useless

i wish, honestly i am more just trying to highlight how stupid the idea of giving him self damage is

Useless?!?!?!?! You mean require skill right?
The only things that shouldnt damage him are his mines

Or maybe instead he should just be given self damage back to play like he was supposed to, locking down chokes at medium range, instead of outshining the actual close range character, reaper.

I doubt they’ll revert him back to self damage state thankfully, but if they did he should definitely be compensated

He should be compensated the way Ana was when she had her speed boost on nano removed. Oh wait.

Let Nana wall climb!!!

I don’t think you have anything to worry about. The dev team is smart enough to realize how bad that would be for Junkrat. Plus it would be a revert, and they really don’t like those.

He used to have self damage but they took it off. I know its frustrating to play against but remember its his primary attack. Imagine your main being able to kill them self with their primary attack. How annoying right?

Um. You know Pharah exists right?

As long as you give self damage to all shotgun users (bullets do bounce back), all heroes who shoot at point blank and D.Vas ultimate able to kill herself. Then I think it would be fair.

Sounds like you’re the one being outshined not Reaper.

You know Pharah is supposed to be ranged, right?

I think you’re absolutely insane if I’m totally being honest with you.

You mean…pharah?

She has self damage from her main attack…explain how this is fair when junk doesnt?

Oh, Junkrat doesn’t have projectiles?

I don’t play reaper, I’m just pointing out the obvious, there’s no reason to pick a reaper over a rat.

He had self-dmg. He had it, because his feature is to have high lasting dmg in an area while still being safe himself, not needing line of sight and denying pathways.
They took it away in order to make him more viable and it did nothing. He grew strong with Mines and Tire buffs. Adding self-dmg back in would make him think a little about positioning more than it would straight-up weaken him.

My bad, that was ment for OP.
Yeah I know of Pharah and I think it should be the same for her.
