Thanos doomfist. Ult line could be “I am inevitable!” And every one of his abilities that leaves a mark on the ground could have a sparkly effect on it, and while he uses his abilities, the gems on his hand glow.

To expand on the Thanos idea, rocket punch triggers the Power Stone’s purple phase throughout the animation, Seismic Slam triggers the Time Stone’s green haze as he falls from the sky…
Uppercut triggers the Mind Stone’s Orange, and Meteor Strike has the Space Stone effect. He is crashing down from a wormhole it seems.
Perhaps his primary fire triggers the Reality and Soul stone’s yellow and red with each shot.
