I’ll do it as long as it’s done before I have to leave spawn.
Most of the time, if you want a tank mirror match, I’ll give it to you. But I rarely get asked. Does anyone else feel the same? How many tank players are generally up for accepting the mirror match request?
The only thing that ruins these IMO is if your opponent backs out mid-game or you get hard countered by the enemy DPS or supports.

I have a 10% success rate on getting queen mirrors, and it makes me sad
I would if asked, but I doubt many people would actually want that. Most tank players hate him.
Mirror match-ups are boring as hell since its the same kit against the same kit often wanting to do the same thing. I’d rather have different kits doing different things against each other.
But mirror matches have the advantage of avoiding counter watch.

If it’s a brawl mirror the game just becomes whichever supports do more hps will win
Last time I took that offer, they wanted a Ball mirror except actually they went Hog and had a full anti Ball team.

I specifically avoid tank mirrors, they’re no fun
I wouldn’t want to coerce anyone into playing something they do not want to play or worse yet, encourage my team to run out with Reinhardt counters like desperate little rats. Dishonorable cur!
I actually like playing Reinhardt occasionally. He’s not my main or my favorite tank. But he’s fun to flex to once in a while.
