Identifying the Problem and finding the solution: Mercy

If you don’t find Mercy’s kit has enough pop to it, she still is just one of several heroes who don’t have a huge “Hell yeah” moment in the game. I would argue that most support heroes don’t except perhaps Zenyatta’s ult. and maybe Lucio’s too for the same reason but to a lesser degree because you get the feeling of saving the whole team.

I believe that is where the issue many of have with her right now is that it was once there and now it is not there.

OK, so Mass Rez was a nightmare for everyone else (didn’t get that impression from people; they just were happy for a healer that healed )

If they considered giving her a burst heal on “Q” that would be a nice change since its timing becomes much more critical to get the best use out of it. Which then gives you as Mercy a quick response that if it goes well feels good, but if not then you assess.

The thoughtfulness right now is fairly passive, but I’ll just mange through these times till a better time to show myself on Mercy.
