Idea to rework Cassidy!

Hello guys, i am going to give some ideas as to how blizz could change cassidy one day, so why am i suggesting these ideas ?. Well i think his Kit is way too unbalanced, pretty much the only good things are his primary fire and his magnetic grenade (wich requires no skill). So i will hopefully make him more balanced and fun all around.

  • Magnetic Grenade

       -Remove from game, replace with frag grenade
    
  • Frag Grenade

     - Cassidy starts cooking a frag grenade in his hand, he may throw it 
        whenever he wants, the explosion will deal from 40-150 damage 
        depending on how close to the center of the explosion they 
        where. Cassidy may also shoot the grenade mid air to make it 
        explode instantly
    

    → Explanation:

          Magnetic grenade sucks, you feel dirty when you kill with it 
           because it's too easy, facing it is also frustrating. So why not 
           add this game's first grenade instead. Since ow doesn't really 
           have any grenades i think it would be a good addition.
    
  • Fan the Hammer

      - Increase damage from 50 to 60
      - Decrease spread by 20 %
      - Increase recoil by 10 %
    

    → Explanation:

       Since Cassidy lost his magnetic grenade, wich was his close 
       combat tool to survive, i am going to buff his fan to still make him 
      dangerous from up close. The changes intend on making it harder 
      to control, but more precise, rewarding good recoil management.
    
  • Combat Roll

    - Increase traveled distance by 10%
    
    
     -> Explanation:
    
           Roll is kinda bad, just trying to make it be a little more usefull as 
           a disengage tool
    
  • High Noon

    - Reduce ult cost by 10 %
    - Rework the ult, it will now function as follows
    - Cassidy gets in his pose, and after waiting for 1.25 seconds he may 
      shoot whenever he wants. The High noon shots will simply be a 
      primary fire to the head of enemies, no damage ramping is given 
      if you hold for longer, it's always just the damage of a headshot 
      primary (includes damage fallof)
    

    → Explanation:

         At first sight this may look like a nerf since i am reducing it's 
        damage by a lot. But on the other hand, he will have a much 
        quicker draw, so it will be way more reliable for securing kills. It 
        will be less of a 100 to 0 someone and more of a finish targets off 
        type of ult. You can shoot someone in the body and just Ult them 
        to guarantee the kill.

Wouldn’t mind Cassidy yeeting a grenade or grenades across the map only with the sound effect

I’d give him second charge of magnetic granade. Same as junkrat mine.
