I wish there was a mode like this

There has to be a new queue or something for serious players that aren’t going to smurf, throw, leave, or just sit there and bring down the team with low IQ braindead playing.

If you leave more than once in this mode, you’re out of it for a week. If you are detected as a smurf in this mode, you’re out for a week. If your you just sit there or don’t meet the minimum stats for the role (uhh… 2k heals, 2k damage?) you get one more chance and then you’re out for a week. No hero ban carebear BS. No map voting. Just comp for people that want to be on serious teams with serious consequences that can’t put together stack.

We can’t all form up a 5-man team, and you have zero controls in game to facilitate it, so every player that has to solo queue is constantly punished. The game is fast becoming not worth the time spent due to the constant fails in these areas.

I’d love to know how you’d figure that out who those players are before they’ve done it.

Without judging people for their past behaviour/mistakes.

Some minority report jazz needed there.

Sounds like you’d have better luck creating a community games night with select people than creating a mode onto itself.
