OW system evaluating playing is actualy good, only thing which is bad is placement on new accounts. Every time when I had my alt , I was able to eventualy climb into my elo so its working well.
System had never problems to determine that. Only exceptions are completely new accounts and people who are artificaly lowering MMR to be lower in ranks or boosters.
Yes, I saw many people talking about rigged system and things you say. Just like I saw plenty of people on internet who saw UFO or jesus. That doesnt make it real.
I am still waiting more than 3+ years for any kind of real evidence. There is nothing. Nobody didnt record line of games how they were played with examples how are they kept in certain elo. Or anything like it.
