Too my shock i was banned yesterday, i never used any cheat or hack on overwatch, i don’t even know why this happened, i was happy being bronze and quit playing comp long time ago.

i understand this is final ban, but i really want to know the reason. if its due to a virus or complaints from users ? i rarely loose cool cuz i play qp all the time.
i want to know the truth why i was banned,is it possible ?

assuming you’re being truthful and you do understand the ban is final and nothing you say here will change that, also consider that you won’t find any answers at all here, and you’ll have to open a ticket if you want even a chance of understanding what happened.
what programs do you have running on your computer outside of the standard stuff most people have?

i have few cracked software here and there nothing out of ordinary, i have two Chinese software used for classroom meetings. I have few legal seo software.
that’s about it. i know this is permanent, i just want to know if there was really a hack involved or its a mistake. my antivirus has a booster mode which kicks in when i start any game, it clears up ram and stuff you know
You sure that you were banned for cheating? Your accuracy/damage stats seem normal, but you often throw on supports based on your absurd damage-to-healing ratio. Weird stuff like that is honestly kind of par for the course for Bronze though, so it’s hard to say if people would even notice enough to report you.
Cracked software is bannable too
I’ve been accused when I’m in the zone as widowmaker lol I will crouch, ad, ads spam and after giving the enemy widow a couple shots I just flick and get them with a 1 hit headshot it’s pretty hilarious.
the email says hacks, kept the image of email in original post , i am not even sure how that’s possible, i suck at support i get yelled at and all so i don’t play that much support, i pretty much play game alone as i don’t have any friends who play the game so i always play alone.
Actually look at your rank and assuming you are telling the truth which I doubt (sorry been working on the ban hammer side for 7 years and 99% of the cases people do lie and aren’t always telling the truth in these cases.)
Your ban could be due to unauthorised 3rd party tools that the game picks up as a cheat. No matter how small, even macro’ing can be considered a cheat.
Cheats doesn’t always mean stuff like Auto Aim. If you play other games and play Private Servers for expample or even run programs to ‘better’ improve your gameplay, you could be triggering flags.
Also if you are purposely lowering your rank to then stomp people at bronze, then you’re cheating. You’re cheating the system to artificially drop yoyr rank and MMR.
Which violates the Terms of Services, as you ruin the integrity of the game and disrupt the enjoyment of the game for others. (this tends to be standard) Not to mention manipulation exploits in the system is also considered a form of rule break and is often enough to ban with reason and with evidence.
that sounds very unfair, not every one is rich or not all software are sold for eternity, The software i have cracked are the ones which didn’t see update in years
Not defending OP but its a copy paste message. Blizzard always says after reviewing the evidence. They didn’t.
Like anti cheats can have false positives. Like in valorant you would get kicked the moment you would plug in your phone in your pc.
Getting a ban appeal in this game is near impossible. My advice is buy a new account.
yes i understand what you mean, i don’t have any macro tools either, only official razer software that changes RGB color of mouse based on class i pick in-game, but have a look i only improved a bit after 2.5 years i don’t think people would invest that long in a hack account, not to mention this game is kind of a luxury for me, like everyone i am going through a cash crush due to covid so, i wont be able buy a new copy for a while.
