I was able to purchase the transformers bundle while suspen

Hello i got suspended last month on the 7th for 1 month it wasn’t letting me buy the transformers bundle i found out you cant during suspension. I still didn’t give up and tried multiple times a day till finaly it said success i took a screen shot was happy. I almost purchased overwatch coins during this but on playstation store. So i logged in today and i got the coins right away seems like im missing the coins used for bundle or at least i think i am (i dont keep track) but the bundle is no where to be seen so i contacted support they said to come here i dont have a transaction number just the screen shot but on the transaction list it shows the coins as uf they were purchaed today i have a playstation receipt that shows last month I cant prove anything for the bundle though.

What can I do? I was very excited for this bundle. I had something similar happen with the pink mercy skins one didn’t show up then appeared out of know where but in the transactions for a month it did not show.

I have the screenshots but i dont see where i can upload them.

If you purchased it through Bnet, it would be in your transaction history.

If you purchased it on another platform’s marketplace (like PSN), then you would need to reach out to them for support.

I opened a ticket over there originally they sent me here because even with a different purchase it had incorrect dates on it that i showed to them plus it took the coins out of my wallet for the bundle is there no way to get it solved? I would repurchase it if i was able to

I am not a Blizzard employee and they do not address account-related issues or purchases on the public forum.

The forum is supported by fellow players. Not receiving skins isn’t a technical support issue like crashing or install issues.

That said, it sounds like you opened the wrong type of ticket. You need to open one for a purchase failure.
