At one point we had 6 DPS on our team. nobody was on comms and nobody seemed to care about filling.
Now more so than ever it seems Solo Q on QP has turned into a real cess pool.

i like soloq in qp and comp. Never use voice chat. Barely fill.

I literally just came out of a solo queue QP game and both teams were well constructed with swaps coming out when things got a bit hairy.
Admittedly I use QP exclusively to work on heroes that I want to use in comp, so I’m not exactly a stellar performer, or at the top of my game so to speak but I have a bad game maybe once or twice a week.
I solo que about 90% of the time in QP for basically all of my play.
I have a 50% win rate or higher on all but 5 heroes,
I play any and all heroes, with my absolute least played heroes at the bottom of my list still having at least a couple hours logged on them.
If I can do it anyone can.
I usually play QP because I want to play a certain hero and I won’t switch unless someone from the enemy team is getting on my nerves.
Solo quick-play is the heaven of the bronze players, thanks god they can’t ruin our games anymore!
They instant-lock DPS heros with zero communication, zero team-work and after a while they Leave. This people trolled our games forever saying is just quick-play who cares etc
Im happy with LFG so all my games are playable and if i lose is cuz my team get outplayed not because of these horrid trolls
I just hate people demanding i go buy a mic, like fix your voice 1st. So i just solo q. I for one have much more fun solo q than grouped up with needy people.
If you play quickplay or arcade is not necessary buy a mic but if you play competitive is mandatory in fact not mic = you get kicked out of the groups and if you continue solo queuing well good luck staying forever in ur rank
I had no problem maintaining plat last season solo q without a mic. Most people just sound god awful in voice chat. Being better then 61% of players statistically is fine enough for me. Anyway, you all need us Solo q players for your 4-5 stack teams to work.
Voice chat is only to do calls and coordinate the ultimates, is not for tell the others about your life lol. Gold/platinum is a decent rank is where the average OW player belong.
Since LFG feature is here most of the comp games will be 6 vs 6. Solo queue and the 3,4,5 man stacks will dissapair sadly
