For a over a year now I’ve been experiencing “lag” and stutters while playing Overwatch. My FPS has always been 60+ but I never could figure out what was causing this mouse lag when I was aiming.
After all this time I finally figured out what the problem was. My problems started after I bought the Logitech G502 mouse. At some point in time after I installed it, my computer started detecting the mouse as 2 separate devices.
This entire time I thought my low end PC or Overwatch itself was to blame, but nope it was my mouse the entire time. I can now freely move and do precise aiming without the lag anymore. I’m so happy I just had to share this in case anyone else encountered a similar situation. If you’re having lag and can’t find out why, check your mouse.
