even if they have competition, which technichally they have, paladins, blizzard is a crap company and they would do nothing to improve the game, they are not even trying to retain players anymore, they know they lost their loyal playerbase, notice how everything blizzard does is to bring new players, free to play, battle pass, the hero mastery mode, the pve that kinda retcons previous lore so new players may not be lost, super deep and rewarding progression system that dont count your prior 7 years, they will try to scam the maximum amount of new players before stopping developement on the game, life support is coming sooner

I process a lot of information as a neurodivergent. I read everything Overwatch puts out. I read every article I find. I read every thread. Watch a lot of streamers and coach’s. Review my own games constantly. I’ve put together every lie they told and decision they made. And connected the dots.
And I’ve come to the conclusion that you are correct.
