I highly doubt it as they already have enough issues with D.va being one of the more buggy heroes (like falling out of map buggy) and also he is very small so trying to hit him would be a bit of a pain.

His critbox is literally the hamster himself, and you can only get headshots on him when he pokes his face out of the mech.
