I should be show up on the top 500 but not

I have reached the top 500 list requirements at OverWatch，but I didn’t show up there。I have verified my cell phone number and have won more than fifty，So I’d like to ask why，its very urgent to me, hope to give a reply as soon as possible, thank you very much
