and redeem the code success but i can’t play
but show me on gamelist that i have already

I almost have the same issue, I got Overwatch Legendary Edition from EB Games retail yesterday. After installation I entered and submitted the redeem code via battletnet web; after I clicked Redeem, I realised that I was on my girlfriend’s Battlenet account. So now I can’t play Overwatch on my account because its just linked to hers. Could I please be advised on what to do next? I do not wish to repurchase the game just because of a mistake, is there a way the ownership of the game can be transferred to my account? I have the receipt, the box it came in and everything still with me if needed to provide proof of game ownership. I have already raised/opened a ticket about it last night but haven’t received a reply hence thought I should post here as well.
