Isn’t that literally the most complained about comp? Because it was played for so long people got sick of the sight of it?
I heard that the TTK (Time to Kill) was long. And the battles were epic.
It was probably fun for sure, if the majority of players didn’t look for a fps experience.
Goats transformed the game into an entirely different genre.

While Goats itself wasn’t the best, I miss having more options in the game. You had goats, which had a variety of team comps in that actual style. You had “counter goats” strats like pirate ship and other stuff.
5v5 and OW2 is very stale in team comp options imo.

I miss OW1 in general, OW2 is an absolute pile of crap. I feel though that so many people have pointed this out to the devs now that it just goes in one ear and out of the other, and they are no-longer registering what a pile of crap their game is and so they are uninspired to change it.

The problem with OW2 is mostly Snipers and AntiNade.
And the devs who got their winrate math wrong, such that it artificially makes oneshot heroes have a way lower winrate.
If they just reworked AntiNade or gave Tanks a passive against it. Then nerfed Widow/Hanzo down to “niche tier”. The game would be a lot better.
Having less barriers, but not toning down the things that were kept in check by barrier spam, is ridiculous.
