why you ask ? for this reason
I remmber a game in Dorado where I played Moira with Ana .However the enemy Hog kept on flanking and killing our Ana that was really annoying 
so after seeing the Ana suffering half of the match I switched to Brig and kept on giving her armor before the fight begins after that the Hog kept on flanking Ana but couldnot kill her , why ?because of her armor she often survived with 30-40 HP and we ended up countering him and won the game with ez .
So , since you guys buffed Hog can we bring Brig armor back again ? that might actually help keeping on check ? I say maybe I donot know.or make it so that it heals instantly 30 hp for example if have 170 health you will get healed 30 armor that will transform to regular health after 2 seconds and make it 3 charges like now ? I know Brig is hated I just miss playing her against Hog

Put Brigitte back down to 1 Repair Pack and then you can give it up to 25 or 50 armor over-heal. Repair Pack range should be reduced from 30m to like 20m because you donāt want Brigitte to have the range to easily pack dive heroes to give them armor. They can buff Brigitteās total health pool to 225 or 250 and make sure Brigitte is nerfed so that she canāt be used in any and all compositions. Brigitteās peeling for her teammates should be weakened a bit. Brigitte needs some things nerfed so that her tankiness can be buffed up.
No, because that will affect the whole cast, not just the already very counterable pseudo-tank

I wish Repair Pack was re-balanced towards over-heal (as in white health rather than armor) and without or only a modicum amount of heals.
Over-heal is such great thing against burst damage, particularly snipers that rely on breakpoints. If Repair Pack was like 75 HP over-heal with zero healing, it would break sniper thresholds for squishies, be almost useless for most tanks and provide zero value in targets that have taken damage (meaning youād actually want sustained damage to keep Repair Pack from giving over-heal).
But no, we just removed the fun thing and made repair pack the new Mercy pocket, yay!

I wish theyād tried out changing the overheal rather than outright removing it.
- Changing it from armour to temp shield
- Limiting max overheal to X% of a targetās base health pool; if X = 10%, tanks like Rein would still get +50 overheal, but the likes of Tracer would only get +15
- Lowering the range Repairs can be cast
Oh well. 
yeah they could have done many amazing things with it but ā¦ removing it was easier , I guess
yea that was nice but i miss old big boss buff lady release brig even more. wish there was a chromie time displacer like in wow where you can go back and play old content. i took it for granted and now its goneā¦ loved to bully all the flankers, tanks and just generally beat the crap outta everybody back in the day 
really tho she had to be nerfed, wonder if she will ever be changed again or maybe they will have to rework her so she isnt like sombra at highest levels of play

The way I see it.
- If a third of Masters/GM Brig players quit over a āNot a Peelerā version of Brig weāre talking 0.01% of players.
- If a ALL of Masters/GM Brig players quit over a āNot a Peelerā version of Brig weāre talking 0.03% of players.
- If ALL Brig players quit, weāre talking 0.7% of players
None of those numbers justify Brig continuing to be the main reason we canāt fix Tanks and Queue Times.
Especially since something closer to that 0.01% is most likely.
I feel like bringing it back would be possible, maybe if only if the healing part was completely removed or something.
At least it will be 100% a PvE talent for her.

Zenyatta, Tracer, Genji, Doomfist all great examples

it should not come back and in my opinion shouldnāt even be given out via her ult
that brought back double shield in GM
yeah it would very op what would the supports do with 175 Tracer yeah diffidently but you know we can balance it like make 1 charge or make it disappear after 1 second or even make it so it doesnot stack together they can balance it out if they want to 
but I guess take the short answer is always the best

Seems like the reason why sheās strong is her healing and not the armor.
Reduce the charges to 1 and give her 75 armor back.
Brig should be a unique off healer and not a boring heal bot.
