I purchased mythic prisms but they arent in my account

i went and bought some mythic prims to get the reaper but nothing is going into my account and money is gone :frowning:

Shop is overloaded with request atm.
(And also in the ToS is stated services can take up to 24h)

check your account transactions if it shows the purchase give it time for it to appear the servers could be glitching out and if the prisms dont appear by i say end of day contact customer support

Just as a rule, try not to buy stuff in the shops as soon as new content drops. That stuff lags hard then. The prisms will get into your account. If logging off then back on doesn’t work, just give it some time. It has happened to me a couple times as well.

I would try to play a match (in its entirety) and then check the shop after that match concludes. It is usually just on a delay and completing a match seems to jumpstart it.
