Last night I was playing comp and as I was waiting in queue, I decided to open a loot box but as soon as I did I got into a game. After the game ended, the loot box I had just opened was empty and the space where it lists the items was dark. I did it a second time as well and the same thing happened. I went to check my hero gallery and there was nothing but when I look in my loot box history, it says I received items but they’re not in my hero gallery. Is there a way I can get them back or did I screw myself over?
