Point out the problem and let people come up with their own solutions.
If they have a pharmercy that isn’t being countered and it just destroying the lobby. DON’T say ‘we need hitscan’, or ‘Junkrat swap.’ Say ‘pharmercy is their win condition.’
They will either take the hint or not.
If someone seems to be having a bad time emotionally: don’t even speak to them, they are looking for something to argue about.
