this is the fourth time I find myself asking for this problem. I have an error when I search for matches, it finds the match but I remain in the lobby with the reconnect message but it does not let me join the match and a couple of seconds later I am suspended. To date two other problems have occurred in addition to this, the first is that I enter the match but the view remains blocked outside the map without me being able to do anything until I am kicked out for inactivity, the second is that I enter the match and play and after a few seconds I am kicked out (the client has requested your disconnection) and I do not have time to rejoin that I am suspended. These errors can happen in the first match, the second or even after 30 matches, the fact is that I have currently been permanently suspended for the current competitive season. The last time they tried to help me they told me that it was probably a connection error with the servers and that therefore the modem, the playstation or the application had to be updated. I even changed the modem and installed fiber optics at home but the problem persists, it’s the only game that gives me these problems and I play it a lot and it’s stressful to run into this problem every time and not be able to play with my friends, plus I’m not even sure if the suspensions will be reset next season. Can anyone help me solve this problem somehow? I’ve been writing tickets and asking for help on the forum for practically a year and I still find myself in this situation. It would be nice to be able to enjoy the game like I used to, thanks
