Ive looked for hours and im not sure if this is the place to submit a ticket for a ban appeal or not. Recently i have been getting banned on my account for a month without the email containing any reasoning why. Before christmas i got banned for a month and it was the first time it happened to my account, after that i proceeded to somehow get banned again within a month of me having my account back. now it hasnt even been a week before the game banned my account once again for a month. I used to be bad with language on the game and the emails would at least tell me what i said wrong. However it does not do that anymore. I feel like my account may be sensitive to people reporting me either because i get accused of cheating while playing hanzo a lot or accused of throwing on a bad game rather than language. Ive never asked for a ban appeal before but im even willing to go so far as to have my account communication banned as long as i can play the game with my wife again. Thank you for anyones help
They usually give a very general reason, if anything at all. But specifics aren’t required.
If you were suspended several times, penalties will become more harsh as you continued to break the game’s rules.
The appeal process serves as a way to ask for the evidence against you to be reviewed again. It’s not a chance to have a discussion about the ban or plead your case, so they wouldn’t be able to make a deal with you like that.

Im confused because i hadnt logged into my account yet and had already recieved a warning, i dont know if something is corrupt or someone may have a spam reporting bot on me or anything but it is very confusing
