I’m going to guess that something very weird happened in the game.
You had it won until nano reaper at the end. Your Orisa needed to shield that, it was unfortunate your Hog also died and your Ana kinda left the team out to dry on a telegraphed play, after throwing away the sleep dart that could have easily won the game.
The teams seemed pretty evenly matched and I don’t think there was any player in particular who looked out of place from start to finish. Although some strange occurrences did occasionally happen. Like the enemy Rein should not have lived at the start of round 3, for example.
Little mistakes like this are the reason people don’t win games they think they should.
I’ll be honest, I didn’t watch the VOD, but based on that single sentence you provided I don’t have to.
It’s very common and I doubt it’s even bobs fault. The reality is, these mistakes compound over the course of a game and it ends up in a loss. 
You’re team was totally snowballed on the second section of round 2 and they couldn’t stop them. You had 2 defensives ults, EMP and Trans but you have arrived too late to first point, ennemy was waiting you.
Of course Dva was faster than Sigma and was instant killed. A better choice was to let them cap this first point not defending it and wait them behind but it’s hard to think that IG in overtime.
You took an agressive position to defend but you have exposed yourself to Sombra and RH and lost time defending you from her instead of shooting other targets.
It started when Dva has dived behind two shields at 1 minute of the end in front of their spawn when they were regrouped.

I just had a game where I went 38-1 16k damage and we won and someone still said to report for trolling as torb lol.
Pretty sure its because of an event plus summertime so more kids are playing, the low playerbase doesnt help either. Just smile and wave

Games like these are really disheartening but they’re just a bump (one of many, admittedly) in the road.
Keep at it, keep improving, and youll see improvements in yourself and your gameplay, and wonder why you even made certain decisions in the past.
