Since you thought trying to silence my opinion and feedback on the game was so important, now I’m going to post this on every Overwatch/2 forum and website I can find, since you decided to delete this thread. Have fun combing the internet.
Gonna get downvoted to hell by bots and blind fans but I miss the OG game.
Overwatch 2 sucks. It is one of the worst videogames I’ve ever played. The monetization is rapacious. I could dress in heels and head out at night and not get treated as badly as Blizzard does with this game and playerbase.
This game is very, very bad. Now we have to pay for the story that was supposed to be free and the actual part of the game?
Unless that black/grey/red Widowmaker League skin comes back you will never see me play this gamea gain.
You owe it to yourselves and the community to do better, yet all you do is see what you could do to ante up on the horrible decisions.
When this game dies in a few years if not one I’m going to celebrate. I can’t believe Battleborn died for Overwatch to exist. That game was superior tenfold.
Sorry Blizzard, but now you should be liquidated and your IP’s sold off. You are insanely horrible for the gaming landscape, and nothing you can do will ever change how badly the world at large sees you, and that is insanely too bad for you.

I’d much rather the game live and be fair fun and healthy. My post is out of hurt and anger and betrayal for a game I used to really love.
I don’t see it doing anything but failing though. Blizzard can’t seem to win.

I agree. I use to collect merch and spend money on even loot boxers here and there. 1 week of ow2 was enough. I don’t buy anything even related, t-shirts, Funko, statues nada. Not only am I appalled, everything that was taken vs given make zero sense. Portrait removal (final straw for me) 6vs6 while yes double shield was a problem a few good players on both teams made the game pop.
I use to have moments where no team could take the control point within the first 5 mins it was that back and forth and fun, now it’s a mess. Double shield was easily fixed simply adding something like shield piercing rounds to soldier or something or a debuff where if multiple people focused they break faster. It wasn’t even impossible to deal with as it was.
Everything was stripped away. Lied about withheld and not delivered and not a single damn thing fun was added at all. I have never encountered something from a company especially within gaming like this, but holy maybe I’m getting old, never again tho. Seems big business is even ruining gaming

But yeah, I agreed and it’s by design. OW2 isn’t really made for OW1 players. It’s supposed to attract a new audience.
Sadly that means that there’s a lot of OW1 players who get left behind.

Yeah I’m pretty blown away how the game just keeps getting worse. Hopefully Microsoft can turn things around. In the mean time I’m just playing the finals beta and having a blast. This is where it’s at for people looking to fill the overwatch void. It’s not overwatch, it’s definitely it’s own thing but the innovation and fresh take on the multiplayer fps makes me feel like I felt playing overwatch in 2017.

There is an agenda to ban, silence and bully all dissenters on Overwatch 2. But we make our voices clearly heard on YouTube in the comments of the official playoverwatch channel videos and on Reddit. The shills may think that they’ve won but they are only making the game worse for everyone as we can clearly see that Blizzard don’t see them as anything more than open bank accounts.

On that skin topic, you couldn’t be more wrong. I’m not the type to collect bad items and this game as a bad item itself, has nothing worth collecting. I happen to have missed an OW1 League skin that I’d like to get back but probably won’t. Hardly anything to write an entire thing about but still a sore spot. I moved on so your claim is just going to make you look stupid. I don’t expect that kind of intelligent rationale from someone who can’t type more than a throwaway sentence spouting false claims like you actually know me, but I digress. So you can sit down and stow it like a good boy.
You obviously like the game and I won’t fault you for having the worst taste imaginable, but you clearly have a fetish for being treated like garbage if you like this game. You poor thing.

I know there are probably worse games in that regard, but yeah, it’s easily the worst I’ve seen. I really miss the lootboxes.
