I would’ve done it with her wings showing, but I had already taken a picture and Overwatch takes like 5 minutes to boot up
I actually cut out the loincloth (???) from Moira’s Blackwatch outfit and attached it to Mercy’s frontside and backside. But, yeah, a lot of it was just recoloring.

White isn’t really in the Blackwatch color scheme at all. The primary white parts should probably be black or dark metallic grey to fit the theme.

You should make an Overwatch Moira that looks similar to Mercy’s Overwatch skin and then put them side by side.
