I love Overwatch. Do you?

So… since we don’t see many such threads…

I love Overwatch. One, the art has the art community so delighted that there’s never-ending paintings on major sites like DeviantArt, and whatever character you like, there’s probably professional-grade fanart of that character on the internets somewhere. My only gripe is, none of them are allowed to SELL prints of the art due to Bliz being the copyright owner, or my walls would be very full.

Two, the game is fun. There, I said it. I play Overwatch because it’s enjoyable, not with a dead soul, not with crappy gameplay, and not with defects that make Overwatch the equivalent of the village idiot. Now, I am going against the grain of forums, but, I mean, if you guys aren’t liking Overwatch – why be here at all then?

Three, the game doesn’t demand a gigantic investment of time per playing unit. Go to World of Warcraft, and you might end up playing 12 or 16 hours a day. If you’re in a major raid, you’ll have a lot of angry guildies on your hands if you gotta bolt, especially if you’re in a leadership position. Overwatch demands… 10-15 minutes per round? Then, you can go if you need to. It’s easy on the scheduling.

Yes, flame me, tell me I am dumb and a puppet of Blizzard, but I like being here. Yes, even though my favorite character has been nerfed ten times, I still love it. And you should love it too.

Blizzards other games aren’t nearly as toxic as this one.

Overwatch is only fun if you are winning but even then a lot of heroes are super frustrating to play against.

Their art style is cool. Their characters were pretty awesome but they have no depth and Blizzard seems to have stopped developing lore. We don’t know much about the original 21 heroes and this game is already two years old. Big reason a lot of people including myself were drawn to this game was because of the lore, but they stopped developing that completely.

No I don’t love it.

I ADORE IT. It’s just super fun and honestly I could play it all day. The only unfun parts for me are some of the people in the community

thats really true. there is so much stuff this game should of had at LAUNCH not 2 years later… just wish it wasnt as buggy

I to love Overwatch. After reading these forums I sometimes think “this is a terrible game and everyone is toxic” and then I play the actual game and find quite the opposite.

The game isn’t perfect, buch is much better than people give it credit for.

I do love Overwatch, even if the games and balancing are rather…frustrating. I wish I had room to love the lore, but there’s so little of it that I have a hard time appreciating it

The lore and the idea for the game is great. A large part of the player-base are good people and good players, willing to listen to each other and don’t need to be put in time out like spoiled, rotten brats.

Company developing it is absolutely horrible, and a good portion of the player-base are even worse, from top to bottom. Wish it wasn’t so.

I find OW enjoyable.

I love OW. I just don’t like half of the forum community.

I wish we had more threads on lore and any lighthearted conversations about what we imagine our mains doing on a Saturday night for example.

Repetitive threads about buffs and nerfs gets boring. I spend more time muting threads in the hopes I’ll find one that isn’t about ______ being OP or ______ needing buffs.

The game itself is fun for me.

I really do enjoy Overwatch for all it offers in which that is fun. But Overwatch can be a pain especially character bugs in general.
