This is exactly what happened to me with Junker Queens golden gun. I bought it first day of release, and now with the Halloween event, I no longer have it. Hopefully it gets fixed

Theres a bigger forum post about it. Hundreds of people have had the issue so I think it should get fixed, hopefully
