I don’t know how to go about trying to get my data back, i was told to go to the forums. I’ve been playing since 2016, and have PROOF that I own the physical Overwatch 1 disc, as well as POTGs that show me playing from Overwatch 1. I had most of the achievements, sprays, PLENTY of exclusive and event skins, and everything’s gone because I connected my battle.net account to my game. What do I do? I tried disconnecting my Battle.net account from my Xbox account, but was forced to sign back into my Battle.net account. My Ps4 was connected to, what I THOUGHT was, my main battle.net account, but once my Xbox was connected, I think it used the empty save from my Ps4. Should I disconnect my Ps4 AND Xbox to see if I’ll get my data back? I’m so desperate to get back my 5-6 years of work and I need any kind of help to restore this data.
