When i played Overwatch 1 on console back in 2017-2019 i went through the trouble of somehow getting a laptop that could play the game that gave me the oni genji skin.
i have just noticed that since overwatch 2 came out and i switched over to PC i have lost access to the ONI skin and i assume all the other things that were tied to that event.
id like to request access back to my In-Game items if possible and thank you so so much in advance
