Mercy, Lucio and Zen are way more viable now. These supports are way more fun to play with and against. I feel for anyone who plays brig and I hope she gets good changes in the future but right now…I don’t think many will shed any tears over how dead she is. The game feels way better without her rn.

She’s such a fun character to play as and against too and didn’t deserve those nerfs
I would say Lucio isn’t even fun to play with or against just because most of the lucios are reddit wannabe or meme around and also he has one of the most annoying and stupid cc (on low cooldown too) but thats my opinion

I’m definitely loving the viability of all supports right now. Though, I still think it’s too early to tell how strong Brig really is considering so many are playing Hog/Zar & there are many significant changes on the experimental that will likely go live next week

Tbf brig boop is double the distance, boops further and is on the same cd. Don’t see how lucios is more annoying

For things to be “balanced” supports will never have any reasonable level of carry potential.
Not saying that’s how things should be.
Yeah, no. Those 3 are only viable at the detriment of other character. Those 3 could instead be BUFFED so every support sees viability but this isn’t the case now, and Ana has +40% pickrate.

I think Brig is still pretty good but this is like one of the worst possible metas for her
If we see Rein, Winston, Tracer, or Genji back in the meta Brig will be a lot better

She just needs her hp back and maybe she can be around 48% and the other supports still be viable with her inspire nerf still in place
I’ve been able to function fine on Brig, and I’ve seen Brig players that put her to good use still.
She’s really not as bad as people say. They could probably stand to give her the 50 health back, but the reduced healing isn’t too big of a deal.
The amount she lost is a big deal of course, it was like 25%, but the increased self healing certainly helps combat that by keeping Brig in the fight longer as long as she plays well.

I sure didnt have fun with 200 hp tracer’s and 250 hp genji’s doing whatever they wanted to my supports because of that ridiculous overheal armor.
I sure didn’t have fun when she became unkillable after she clicks Q.
I sure didn’t have fun going against a tank + support hybrid.
I sure didn’t have fun with someone who could completely cancel anyone who goes near her with a click of a button.
It definitely does. Every other support is single-handedly more fun to play, requires actual effort to perform well with (although mercy and moira only slightly but still), and was an all around good experience to go against.

Honestly, post rework Brig is so much more fun, but now she just falls over whenever more than 1 person looks at her imo
They just nerfed her wrong and now look, bottom picks and win rates across all ranks (last time i checked).
She probably needs another rework. Perhaps one where she can’t throw big heals out and whipshot behind 250 hp and 200 shield. Maybe one where she’s just a tanky lucio that has to get into melee for consistent healing and has one big burst heal on low cd instead of 3 packs.

more area distance than a person just hitting you pinpoint, Lucio doesn’t need to aim too much to get the effectiveness of his boop, plus, Brigitte doesn’t hop everywhere like a maniac so.
I feel like Lucio and Zen are still bad. Lucio has been nothing but an accessory for Reinhardt for years and without Rein in the meta, he has no reason to exist unless you go full Reddit and get a lot of env kills. Zen just can’t stay alive anymore.
If experimental goes through the only real support comp will be Ana Mercy.

And brig can do it safely, Lucio needs to put himself in danger, I think if you put yourself at risk you should get more value?
Lucio has better tools to do that than Brig, Brigitte always has to intentionally put herself in close range danger due to her flail, maybe not with Whip Shot but she still has to be within medium range, and Whip Shot requires somewhat aim more than Boop, plus, Lucio can escape better than Brig can, so i don’t really see that as a danger thing for Lucio unless you are like, going into Hog or something.
