I haven’t played Overwatch for about a week, I still love the game but I’m taking a break and binge watching a series on Netflix in my spare time. Anyway, I randomly got an email from Blizzard saying I got refunded. I never asked for a refund and I found it kind of weird, so I thought I’d share with the rest of you. I checked my bank account and I’ve been refunded the same day I got the mail.

There was an unfortunate error where we released a shop bundle that included the Cyber DJ Lucio skin in our shop while also announcing this skin as an exclusive skin for Twitch Drops in our Overwatch Spotlight announcement blog.
Due to this error, we have processed a refund for this purchase on your account via the relating payment method and no further actions will be needed on your side. As an added bonus, we have elected to not remove the skin(s) you have purchased, and they will remain on your account. We apologize for any frustration or confusion this may have caused you.

Yeah, an upcoming twitch drop skin was in the shop this past week. So everyone who bought the skin got a full refund. As an extra apology they also added an EXTRA skin to the twitch drop as well
