There are few visibly white men in the game. They’ll add them eventually when the quota needs to be met

Ironically, most of the villains are white but also not playable. I guess that’s because the evil overlords don’t want to get their hands dirty and send out their underlings/slaves/captives/etc to do their dirty work. :^(

Edit: Moira is technically evil (no boundaries, everything and anything is a test subject) and white enough for the whole cast. So. Like. Ye.

Horribly exaggerated caricatures. But I suppose we can stretch and count them for the white male count
They rob a bank that’s in the pocket of a corrupt business empire.
They kill a dirty business man and many other dirty dealers.
They steal the crown jewels, sure, but that’s… Not really hurting anyone.
So they do crazy and bad things but never actually kill innocent people. If anything, the bad things they do are accidentally-good or cancels itself out lmao.
They do scrap bots though, which is a bad thing. But Omnics can be pieced back together and don’t truly die unless thoroughly destroyed (see: Echo).

Moira is an unethical scientist. That doesn’t make her “evil” by itself. She chooses to side with Talon because they provide the money to let her carry out her experiments, but if they didn’t have money, she would look elsewhere. It’s not like she’s an active follower of Talon’s principles.
Do Orisa, Zen, and Bastion have hearts that can be good or are they simply programmed that way? Is Bastion just one PTSD flashback away from going full Terminator?

Even sombra is a grey if Junkrat and Road are actually good guys

They’re artificial intelligences, so it’s assumed they choose to be good. Bastion is heavily traumatized though, and yeah, he could easily just switch back to EXTERMINATE mode with the right trigger.
As for white villains, what if 76 is actually the bad guy and Reaper is right?
