I’ve been in contact with twitch’s and blizzard’s customer service and I’ve tried/checked everything they’ve told me to, and I still haven’t received the Synthweaver skin for Lifeweaver. It’s almost been a month now and even the latest skins, for Baptiste and Lucio (Spotlight 2025), are already in my inventory - before I even had to try anything, they were just there as all the previous ones except for Synthweaver had been. I’m not sure what else I can do, I hope this gets fixed.

Have you unlocked both the spray and the skin?
Apparently most people with this issue is the fact that twitch mixed up the rewards and the skin was meant to be the 4 hour drop and not the spray.
Hopefully something can be done sooner or later since Ive also lost out on the skin 'cause of this error. It’d be a real shame to just lose this skin because of something on their end.
I just checked and it looks like I got the spray but not the skin. Seems like you’re right, they mixed something up

I’m in a similar problem, but it’s been a month since I was supposed to get the skin, but this week, Synthweave Lifeweaver dropped from a lootbox.
If the system had worked correctly, it wouldn’t have been a drop from a lootbox; I just feel stolen from and wonder If I could get renumerated for this inconvenience.
