I think there might have been an expiration date on that code. 8 years after the release of a game that doesn’t even exist anymore sounds like a reasonable cut off for a PRE-ORDER code. Sorry my dude, I think you missed out.
I understand what you’re saying, but if I had the skin in ow1 and used it, why don’t I have it now in ow2?
The order date says 2022. How can that be pre order when the game came out in 2016?
Are you using the same account that had the skin in OW1? If not, the code can only be used once on one account. I still have mine despite the switch from OW1 to 2.
Do you play on multiple platforms? Because there was also a time when you could merge accounts. Either way, I think you messed up LONG time ago.

Ok weird but i don’t think there was a legendary edition before launch so how could that be considered pre order and why do you think that should contain Noire?
I still have my Noire (ugly skin btw) but it was from an actual pre order and it transferred to OW2 along with all my other skins.

Yeah looks like Noire but i believe the info i wrote in this topic is still factual (unless I’m missing something) so i don’t understand this situation.
Either way, if you had it in OW1 and not anymore, it sucks and i hope Blizzard support can fix it for you. Just create a ticket (make sure you’re on the EU site if you’re from EU).
