I have overwatch on Xbox, can i get it for free on PC?

I have Overwatch on my XBOX account that is linked to my blizzard account. I am wondering whether or not I can get it for free on this account on PC.

No, you have to pay for it again on PC. Unlike console where you can make unlimited alt/smurf accounts for free after buying the game once, on PC you have to buy a copy each time you want to make an alt/smurf account.
