Today I signed into overwatch and I had -4900 credits. I purchased loot boxes preparing for the lunar event and the money in my account was sent back along with all most items and all my credits down to negative. I was hoping my credits could be reset to zero. Please and thanks.
You probably bought skins with those credits, since you refunded the lootboxes then those credits get refunded too.
Let’s say you had 3000 credits, you buy a skin worth of exactly 3000.
Then your credit balance would come out at directly 0, though when you refund it you owe the game 3000 credits.
Meaning it will go in the negative.
I’ve now done most things to try and get my credits back and nothing has seemed to work. I’ve put in a report to Microsoft and there’s no response
