I’m incredibly stressed out about this. I’ve been playing since 2018. I have all star skins, gold guns, so many cosmetics from Overwatch 1 and NONE of them transferred. Neither has ANY of my progress. It’s like I just made a new account. I’m literally a BRAND new player. On top of that, I try to click “Merge Account” at the bottom of the main screen and I literally can’t click on it. I have been waiting for this game a very long time. Please please fix this.

On PS5 I am also experiencing the same thing. I jave played since launch and do not currently own all of the characters or any of my skins/remaining currencies.

I also have the same issue. Been playing on ow1 on xbox since launch. All progress is wipe, had existing battle.net account synced with my xbox account. Very frustrating.

I too have lost all my stuff, it wants me to start all over!! I had almost every skin & gold weapon. It’s such a bummer to realize that I put so much time and effort and it’s literally all gone, just like my Pink Mercy skin. Lets fix this, overwatch please

same, playing since 2016, now everything is gone, my ps4 account was already linked and even the merge button doesnt do anything.

Im on Switch, did had several skins, did lost my progress, even worse, Account Merge button simply doesnt click, i press A but nothing, cmon dudes

I have the same issue here and when I even linked my Xbox account to a new battle.net account still have nothing and lost access to all the heros

This sucks that everything is gone, the game is like I’ve never touched it but I had tons of skins and sprays and player icons that I grinder out for years. I hope they fix this soon

I have the exact same issue, even pre-ordered OW1 and all the stuff is gone, no stats, no cosmetics, nothing. I even tried getting on my console version and all was still missing. So I have none of my stuff on both the console and pc versions.

I, too, have this problem. I didn’t grind like crazy and stuff but i wanna get all my skins back nontheless. I also wanna see my playerstats again and all the other stuff, especially after i also bought some of the lootboxes back in the day

Yh same here, been playing since release and its so annoying to all the skins i paid for, all the loot boxes i viught where for nothing as i have is gone, level, gold guns, skins . However i still have my ow league skin and im just really confused. Hopefully they can give all of our progress back after i tried so hard to get all the pixel and cute sprays

I had an Playstation account and it was allready linked for many years. I got no stuff nothing but when I pressed “Merge Account” the chat said that the merge was succesfull but where? I got nothing. I played since Anna came out in OW1 and now? nothing.
The best thing now is, no one from the Blizzard team can garanty us that we get our stuff back. I paid real money for boxes in OW1 and now that?
Thats frustating man.

Same here, I player OW1 from day 1 on PS4 and had my account linked to Bnet long time ago. Downloaded OW2 today, merged my account with current XBox (it clearly show “connected” for foth PS and XB on Battlenet), but when I start the game I’m being treated as a new player with no skins/history from OW1 and prompts me to play tutorials etc.
