Its awful. Every loss is punishing af. Wins dont feel like theyre giving us progress. Unless you are on some crazy winstreak, thats your only hope in ranking up. And for some reason, I get deranked so much, even though its not my fault that we lost. These losses are way too impactful without consolidation. I get -40% when I lose, even when I carry or do the most work. 2 OPTIONS, BLIZZARD. EITHER BRING BACK THE OLD RANKING SYSTEM AND FIX SOME OF ITS MINOR PROBLEMS, OR WORK YOUR A%$ OFF TO PERFECT YOUR NEW ONE. Literally every single t500 streamer is in masters and diamond hardstuck. It is awful.

Not true, just win more then u lose…it’s simple
All my matches are win lose 20% +/-4% (I saw 16% on an expected match which was a stomp so fair enough). 40% is because of demotion protection.
The ranking system does need better explanations though there are too many people confused. Because it’s basically the exact same as the sr system, just with percent and sub ranks rather than numbers. Win more than you lose and you rank up.
-40%? Are you on a loss streak? You’re just not doing good enough, sadly.
My rank was diamond 3 and I got put in a game full of GM players. I was not on a winstreak so it was not testing me. It was just ensuring I lose and derank.
oh yeah, thats easy, isnt it? bud, this aint some sorta unranked to gm where the streamer gets carries every single game, and yknow, they end up losing too, alot. So no, its not ‘that simple’.
