I’m not talking about Lijiang or King’s Row where night has always been the default. I’m talking about the new alternate maps such as Oasis, Busan, and Eichenwalde. Maybe it’s just me, but there is something about the lighting that makes it very difficult for me to see - as if some dim black and white filter has just been slapped onto the maps. There’s something about it that isn’t quite right.
Anyone else feel this way?

I love night-time maps and wished everything was night. Maybe changing colour scheme would work. Mine is yellow for enemies and it’s pretty clear. That and using ping to gauge the distance works wonders.
Other reason i love the night maps its pretty calming. I go to custom game and just admire. Shambli is pretty awesome. Stress buster.
Hopefully someday they make survasa night and rainy. It would look fantastic.

I’d kind of like for night maps to be there for 8-10 hours a day, based on time of day. I feel it would be sort of cool.
I’m using an IPS panel and all the Night time maps look great, no issues.
Monitors that lack decent contrast and struggle with reproducing darker tones may seem washed out and more monotone.
My TN panel makes it look much worse.

I have the opposite problem. Daytime Route 66 and Gibraltar is the absolute worst to spot Widow.
