I got temporally suspended, can i create a new account?

My account got suspended, and i am in the midst of appealing it because I’m not exactly sure what I did. Unless calling someone is trash is against TOS then i think it might be a mistake (if it is well i guess im guilty).

I was really enjoying the new season, am i allowed to create a new fresh account, or is that against TOS?

Thanks for the help.

streamers give you that answer.

Temp bans will never be reversed, don’t even bother appealing.

That being said it’s a temp ban. It’s not worth the ban circumvention action that can result in a permaban.

How do you know this?

Because there isn’t a single example of a temp ban being repealed, regardless of the ban being found to be legitimate or illegitimate.

In fact the few example of actually verifiable unfair temporary bans that I’ve seen, the GM stated the ban wouldn’t be reversed even though the GM stated the ban wasn’t warranted.

So again if the ban is only temporary, it’s not worth pursuing nor is it worth risking permanent action over.

Don’t spread false information, I have links to several gameplay related perma bans that have been reversed in the last few months.

Yes.

The exception is not the rule. Save it.

The rule is persistence in all situations regarding support, regardless of subject matter.

The exception is that you get a GM right off the bat.

Seriously? :person_facepalming:

I wonder what will happen if I keep calling strangers trash on PSN and Xbox Live.

It’s not like they can report me for it?

Factually incorrect. The more detailed and descript your ticket is the more likely they are to outright ignore your ticket. You will also be outright ignored if you persistently ask for help or ask for help that is not from a prefabricated lists of responses.

Is there a rule anywhere that says i cant make a new account if im suspended?

Yes.
Same first page I linked.
Point: D.i.2.a

Taken from the page:
“And, while you can register and play on multiple Accounts, you are not allowed to have more than three (3) Accounts with Battle.net Balance.”

I only have ever made 1 account, this is my first suspension. So by this logic i should be able to create another?

Correct. Also, if you’re only suspended, you account will be available again after the 2 weeks or w/e is up.

However, that is more for “how many accounts can I have”.

The: "Can I create another account for play If my current one is suspended?
You can Try searching WoW forums cuz they are the players with multiple accounts in Blizzard, most of the answers you gonna find, say it’s “fine”. [even some of them, from “Customer Support” accounts or “MVP” accounts]

It’s not “explicitly” in the Terms of Service, but if it isn’t there, it’s “likely” permited [to create another account, not gonna try to say if you are “permitted” to play in another account]; again, try searching WoW threads about that same issue.

There’s zero proof of this claim, of detail or the fact it’s being ignored.

It’s more than likely luck of the draw, some players immediately reach a GM others have waited/persisted for days and sometimes weeks regardless of the subject or constitution of the body of text.

The examples I have speak entirely the contrary, and have resulted in direct contact with a GM.

Please, provide proof of the action of being ignored, and not just the assumption Fooze.

I’m not going to attempt to find a citation, but yes Ban circumvention is separate from total account limit. It’s also likely inherent:

If you’re banned/suspended, they don’t want you playing for the duration of your punishment.

" * Repeated or abusive appeals won’t help your case. Appeals sent after a final review may be ignored."

They literally tell you sit down, shut up, and if you try to explain yourself or EVEN fully apologize and take responsibility, they will outright ignore you.

Final reviews are via a GM, not the last review that you get.

So yes if that’s the hill you’re willing to die on, then please make my case for me.

After the ~final~ review.

Each and every experience I’ve had with support that resulted in that phrase, was with a named representative of the company.
