i was playing as mercy and it showed i had 3 perks for some reason? i never picked it and people thought i was hacking. i got reported for it but ive seen the 3 perks also happen to a reaper in a game. i dont know when this happened i believe half way through the game.
Easy to recreate: just press alt and choose both perks really fast, not at the same time after each other but fast and you get both perks, do it a second time you have 4. It also works if you use the assigned buttons in the same way.
