No, I do not believe it is exception that most teams are bad, it is the rule. Quickplay needs to enforce roles, and it needs better matchmaking. I’m done seeing only one tank in my game and no healers, or one heal and no tanks. I’m doing seeing Grandmasters be put with and against Gold players, something you can’t even avoid with LFG.
So if players get frustrated by these CONSTANT issues, why punish them for a bad system?

Yes, there is a cost/tradeoff, it will take you longer to get into a game, but having choices is good
also the 75% penalty in exp is YOUR fault for leaving games
its no one elses fault but your own

Quickplay isn’t nearly as horrible as you think it is, for starters. Sure, it’s not as organized as Competitive can be, but QP is a casual mode. And…you know you can have fun while also losing, right? You aren’t gonna be winning all of your games.
If you’re not going to accept the fact that you will lose games, then deal with your punishment. You abandoned your team and made the game much harder and significantly less fun for five other people. Lose, accept it, move on, or use LFG. But don’t complain about a penalty you received because of your OWN actions and then blame your team.

You want to have balanced games (2-2-2 or some alteration of that), and you want to play against people that are in your rank, and you decide to play QP?

Quickplay is not competitive. You do not need proper roles to win games. Period. You don’t. Any combination of nonsense works as long as one team is mostly better than the other.
That is what makes quickplay quickplay. It’s what makes it fun.
If you want a proper team, and you want to rage about how others are not playing to your liking, play comp or use LFG.
In the mean time take your penalty for leaving. You made that choice, you alone.

I did not make the choice being a crap teams. I do not get to vote on that. Instead, this game punishes those who do not want to be in crap teams instead of the crap teams themselves.
And I don’t care what a perpetual leaver wants. I’d avoid you immediately if I ever saw you in my games.

Why are you not leaving at hero selection?
I would not be opposed to reducing the penalty if the person leaves while there is no tank/support to be perfectly honest. I am not a fan of leaving, never do it myself, and firmly believe that people should play what they want. However, to that end, that includes people who do not want to play into terrible compositions. They should not be penalized for wanting to play the game vaguely properly. At the very least, they should give you a couple of free leaves before it starts impacting your ratio. For QP only, naturally.
After 20 straight losses, that is just an utter lie.
Weird, the enemy team has the same issues that you have and they win.

No they don’t. I see them always 2-2-2 and rampaging over my team. Means the game can’t matchmake at all.
So just no casual informal “do what you want” mode at all?
Also, there is an enforced roles mode if you use LFG. Why are you complaining it if it is an option you have at your disposal?

If they’re in a 6stack, it means they use lfg, you can do that too.
And I won’t believe you if you say that the enemy team is always 2-2-2 when they’re not stacked.
That’s a rare occurance in QP.
Btw, picking a tank or a healer usually encourages other teammates to pick something else than a dps. Try that, maybe even ask, isntead of assuming instantly that your teammates are awful and evil.
